This policy explains what information Classic Soccer Kits collects when you use classicsoccerthreads.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
Classic Soccer Kits is a vintage soccer jersey shop owned by Liam O’Connell. Our address is 233 Pitchside Lane, Salisbury, MD 21804.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message when you write to us.
- Orders: your name, email address, phone number and billing address when you reserve a jersey, so we can contact you about pickup.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email address and order history.
- Cookies: small files that keep your cart working and remember your cookie choices. Other cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner.
Third-party content
Our homepage includes a video hosted on YouTube, embedded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. It loads when you visit the homepage. In this mode YouTube says it does not store cookies on your device unless you play the video, but YouTube (Google) still receives your IP address and basic browser information, and may collect more under its own privacy policy if you play it. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address so it can deliver the font files.
How we use your information
- To respond to your messages.
- To process your order and arrange pickup.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers who help us run the shop, such as our website host and, when used, a payment provider. They may only use it to provide that service.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to answer your question.
Your choices
- You can change your cookie choices at any time from the cookie banner.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control signal for optional cookies controlled by our cookie banner. The homepage video is the exception described above.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
